It is possible to delete unused stock records if you have created them by mistake or imported them in bulk and wish to delete them all. Once stock records are used in any transactions, you will no longer be able to delete them.

You are able to create an Advanced Search for the records you wish to delete so that only the unwanted records are displayed for you in the record list.
Delete an individual stock record
Click Stock then click Stock Records.
Note: All stock records are displayed. You can narrow down your search by using the advanced filters. You can also search on the columns directly by pointing the mouse to the name of the column and click on the
icon and choose from the available filter list, then click OK.
Select the checkbox for the stock record you want to delete.
Note: The Action Panel automatically opens from the right-hand side of the screen.Click Delete on the Action Panel then click Confirm.
A toast message confirms the stock record has been deleted successfully and you are returned to the Stock Records screen.
Delete multiple stock records
Click Stock then click Stock Records.
Note: All stock records are displayed. You can narrow down your search by using the advanced filters. You can also search on the columns directly by pointing the mouse to the name of the column and click on the
icon and choose from the available filter list, then click OK.
Select the checkbox for the stock records you want to delete.
Note: The Action Panel automatically opens from the right-hand side of the screen.Click Delete on the Action Panel then click Confirm.
A toast message confirms the stock records have been deleted successfully and you are returned to the Stock Records screen.
