Creating an invoice hangs upon saving

The page being stuck while using Access Financials is due to the cache on the browser. Clearing the cache and reopening the application will allow you to then save invoices correctly.

Clearing the cache can be done by doing the following in the below browsers (please note that the below is for guidance only. Should you need any assistance with this process please refer to your browsers help files or your internal IT department):

​Google Chrome

  1. Click the ellipsis button in the top right of browser and select the Settings option.

  2. In the Privacy and security section, select Clear browsing Data

  3. Ensure that the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files options are ticked with a Time range of All time.

  4. Press the Clear data button.

Internet Explorer

  1. Press the Cog button and select Internet Options

  2. Under the Browsing history section press the Delete button

  3. Ensure that the options Temporary Internet files and website files, Cookies and website data and History are ticked and press the Delete button

  4. Press the Apply button
