Error - 'Sorry! An error occurred whilst you were using the previous page.'

This can be caused by an issue with the Chrome browser.

First try the following:

  1. Close each open Financials tab by clicking on the three dots menu on the Financials tab and select Close.

  2. Then click on your name icon and select Sign Out to log off from Access Workspace.

  3. Then clear the browsing history in Chrome via the three dots menu and select History, History and Clear browsing data. It may be necessary to select the All time option in the Time Range criteria.

  4. Close and restart the browser.

  5. Try logging in to Financials again.


If this still does not work, you could try Reset and clean up option from the Settings menu in Chrome.

Another alternative is to try using another browser such as Edge or Firefox instead.
