To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
Close Access Financials
To close Access Financials:
Click the three dots then click Close.
Click the nine box grid then reopen Access Financials.
Note: Firewall and anti-virus software updates can affect what browsers display. Check with your IT to ensure that recent updates haven't had an impact.
If the above doesn't work, follow the steps below for your preferred browser.
Google Chrome
Click the three dots then point to More tools.
Click Clear browsing data.
Under the Time range drop down and select All time. Ensure Cookies are selected.
Clear the Browsing History check box. The only two boxes that you need to select are:
Cookies and other site data.
Cached images and files.
5. Click Clear data then close and reopen the browser once complete.
Mozilla Firefox
Click the three lines then select Settings.
Click Privacy & Security then scroll down to Cookies and Site Data.
Click Clear Data then clear the Cookies and Site Data check box.
Click Clear.
Microsoft Edge
Click the three dots then click History.
Click the three dots then click Clear browsing data.
Make sure you select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click Clear now.
Internet Explorer version 9 and above
Click the gear icon then select Internet options.
Under Browsing history, click Delete.
Clear the Preserve favorites website data check box.
Select Temporary internet files and Cookies and website data.
Click Delete then click OK.
