If you are using a saved search within Access Financials, then this issue can be caused by a recent update to the screen.
β
To correct this, please remove the saved search and re-create it. This may clear the error.
β
Please clear all of your browser cache/cookie settings, and then close/reopen the web browser to log back into Access Financials, which should resolve the issue.
β
In order to save you time from having to keep typing it in each time you could put it in a spreadsheet and use the import grid instead by copying and pasting form the spreadsheet into the import grid (Debtors, Utilities, Imports, Sales Transactions Grid).
β
If the above is unsuccessful try the below:
Close the Financials tab, and reopen it from the nine dot menu
Close the Financials tab, log out of Workspace, and then log back in a new browser tab.
If none of the above works, then there may be a background data issue. Please raise a new case online and provide as much detail as possible such as by using the Filter options to restrict the search by specific criteria as below.
Type - does it affect only Journals?
Year/Period - is it a specific year or period?
Account Code or Nominal Code - does it affect one or more individual accounts?
