If you are using a saved search within Access Financials, then this issue can be caused by a recent update to the screen.

To correct this, please remove the saved search and re-create it. This may clear the error.

Please clear all of your browser cache/cookie settings, and then close/reopen the web browser to log back into Access Financials, which should resolve the issue.

In order to save you time from having to keep typing it in each time you could put it in a spreadsheet and use the import grid instead by copying and pasting form the spreadsheet into the import grid (Debtors, Utilities, Imports, Sales Transactions Grid).

If the above is unsuccessful try the below:
Close the Financials tab, and reopen it from the nine dot menu
Close the Financials tab, log out of Workspace, and then log back in a new browser tab.

Provide as much detail as possible such as by using the Filter options to restrict the search by specific criteria as below.
Type - does it affect only Journals?
Year/Period - is it a specific year or period?
Account Code or Nominal Code - does it affect one or more individual accounts?
