If the user is using the 'Edge' application to access Access Evo they may encounter an error where the browser tab reads 'RDB Options' and then they will no longer be able to navigate around the Financials application.

The below steps may help to resolve this issue:
Open a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
Navigate to www.go.accessacloud.com
Close the affected application within Access Evo (If this is open)
Clear the current browser cache
Reopen the application from the 9-point grid
If this issue does not replicate after these steps, this should have resolved the issue going forwards.
Note: This usually occurs on the 'Edge' browser as residual information is retained even after the cache and cookies are deleted.
