System stuck at RDB Options

The below steps may help to resolve this issue:

  1. Open a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

  2. Close the affected application within Workspace (If this is open)

  3. Clear the current browser cache

  4. Reopen the application from the 9-point grid

If this issue does not replicate after these steps, this should have resolved the issue going forwards.
