Firstly, check that you are set to have access to the app. This can be done in two ways:
An Access Evo administrator can check your role via the Members area
A colleague with access to the System area of Financials, can see if you are visible in the Users screen.
If you do not have access then this can be granted by the Administrator.

If you do show as having access, then the following can resolve the problem:
An administrator can toggle your role between the existing one and No Access in the Members area - saving between each change.
Alternatively, closing all workspace tabs, logging out and then clearing browser history.
