While Copilot and Feed Evo features are enabled by default for all users, some users may require a different configuration than the one defined at the organisation level, depending on specific roles, responsibilities, or preferences.
Administrators can enable or disable Copilot and Feed features for specific users as follows.
Manage user role for Copilot and Feed
1. Log into you Evo platform just like you do when accessing Access Financials.
2. Click on the icon to open up the Members tab.
3. Search for a specific user.
4. Once you have found the relevant user, click on the three vertical dots in the top right-hand side of their user card.
5. From the options offered, select Manage Features option.
6. The Manage Features screen opens with the name of your selected user displayed at the top of the screen.
7. You can choose between User or No Access options and click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.
Users with No Access permissions for Copilot and or Feed will no longer see neither Copilot nor Feed in the Access Evo button.
