The date format can be adjusted through your browser setting. The process is the same in both Chrome and Edge, and the steps are below:
Open your browser and click on Settings (three dots in top right of the menu)
Select the Languages option
Ensure that you can see English (United Kingdom) as the first listed Language.
If English (United Kingdom) is not the first listed language then click on the three dots icon to move it to the top.
Note: The language English does not change the date format, so you need to select the English (United Kingdom) one.
If English (United Kingdom) is not in the list, then click on Add languages to add it to the list and then move it to make sure it is shown as the very first listed language.
If you already have Financials open, then you will need to close and re-open the Financials tab for the change to take effect.
