In order for a user to appear in the Managers list within a project, they need to be a user in both Financials and FinOps. They also need to have the 'Can be project manager' option ticked on their resource record, this can be checked and amended following the steps below

1. Log into Financials
2. Select Costing
3. Select Resources
4. Search for user record
5. Click on Edit
6. Tick 'Can be Project Manager' option
7. Click on Save button
The next thing to check will be FinOps Administrator to ensure they are in the correct Security Profile to see the Project Management tab.
To add a User to a security profile in FinOps Administrator, use the following steps
Browse to the hosted gateway link and log in with your CLOUD Details.
Open FinOps Admin and connect to the relevant database
Click on System Control and then Security Profiles
Select a profile and click Members
Find the user ID in question from the list on the right
Click Add
Click on the 3 dot button next to the resource code and select the correct code (will be the same as the user ID)
Click OK
