If the profile has been changed recently then there may be a delay in Financials updating.
As an Access Evo Administrator, try via Members, Manage Roles in Access Evo, first ensure the user has access to the Financials database. This should then ensure you are ale to edit and change the profile of the user in Financials. If that does not help, then try setting the user's access to No Access and then reapply their previous permission setting. If they are also a Financial Operations (FinOps) user, then try the same also for the applicable FinOps database.
If the profile has not been changed, or the records are still incorrect after some time, please raise a new case online with details of the affected users.
