Delete users who are no longer required

Updated over 2 months ago

Within Access Financials, you cannot delete a user from the system. If the user is no longer required, then their access should be removed from within Access Evo and moved to a security profile with no access within Access Financials

To remove the user's access from Access Financials, an admin can do the following:

  1. Log into Access Evo.

  2. On the Members tab, find the user that needs to be removed.

  3. On their record, click the Ellipsis(...) icon, and select Manage Roles.

  4. Within here, find the database(s) you wish to remove access to and set them to No Access.

  5. Click Save Changes

To move the user in Financials:

  1. Click System, Security, Users

  2. Find the user and click Edit

  3. In the Records section, change the Security Profile to a different one and click Save.
