Unable to see modules that my colleagues can see even though I have the same role

Whilst you may have been given the same Role as a colleague in Access Evo manage roles, this does not mean that you are necessarily in the same security profile. Setting a role in Access Evo will put you in the security profile assigned as default for the role level that you've been put in. To resolve this:

  1. Click System, Security, Users

  2. Find a user who should have the same permissions and make note of the profile they are in.

  3. Get a colleague with adequate permissions to go to the same location and edit your record and set you in the same profile. Note: You cannot amend your own profile.

  4. Close the Access Financials tab.

  5. Reopen Access Financials and you should now have access to the modules.
