Access Financials will send out emails from the system using an email address configured at the time of going live, if this email address needs to be changed, you can follow the steps listed below:
Within Access Financials, navigate to System along the left-hand side of the screen.
Click on Options.
Click on System Options.
Along the top of the screen, there should now be several tabs, click on Email Settings.
Click on the edit option and update Email/Email Display Name.
Use the Email BCC field to send copies of emails to an inbox if required.
