Next Generation - Deliver lines for multiple sales orders

For consistency purposes, we have used the same screen for receive orders as we have done for our enquiries. For more information on the screen look and feel and functionality, please refer to the Outstanding Sales Orders Enquiry article.

This article is taking you through the path from where you can deliver good for multiple orders.

You can deliver the goods for a single sales order at a time from different options. Depending on which area of the system you choose to access the delivering order screen, you will either see a Deliver Order or a Deliver Lines action card.
Both of these options open up the same Deliver Orders screen which is explained in more detail in the table below.

The Totals at the bottom part of the screen are the sum of all orders. When you select orders, the Totals will be updated to reflect the totals of the orders you have selected.

Deliver lines for multiple sales order from the Transactions options in Selling:

All orders that can be delivered are displayed in the Deliver Order enquiry.

Click Selling then click Transactions and the click Deliver Orders.
- Note: All orders that can be delivered are displayed in the enquiry. You can narrow down you search using advanced filters.
Select the checkboxes in front of the order or orders you wish to deliver.
- Note: The Action Panel opens automatically from the right-hand side of the screen.
Click the Deliver Lines action card.
- Note: All order detail lines are displayed on the Deliver Order screen for the selected orders.
You can deliver all details lines or just partially deliver them, and once you are done, click on either Preview Delivery Note, or Print Picking List or Deliver and Print buttons. You can find more information on what each button does in the table below.

Note: To process the delivery of the selected order or orders, you must click on the Deliver and Print button on the Deliver Order screen.

The Deliver Order screen:

Once you have gone through either of the above steps, you are presented with the Deliver Lines data entry screen.

Option	Description
Detail lines	Displays all detail lines from the relevant sales order.
Process Date	Defaults to the system date and can be amended either by manually typing in the field or using the Date Picker by clicking on the calendar icon. This is the date when you are processing the delivery of the goods to your customer.
Deliver All	Auto-populates the Qty To Deliver field with the quantity of goods entered on the sales order for all displayed detail lines.
Clear All	Removes any quantity entered in the Qty To Deliver field.
Preview Delivery Note	Allows the previewing of the Delivery Note. Tip: You might have to enable popup on your browser.
Print Picking List	Prints a picking list with or without the order details for any stock items included on the sales order.
Deliver and Print	Delivers the orders and prints the delivery note.
