The error ‘No valid registration details exists’ can be caused by the version of AOI Administrator being different to the version of AOI Registration.
You can check the version of each application as follows:
Open Add or remove programs utility on your computer
Then locate the following applications:
Access Office Integration (Client) v.v(.v) (this is AOI Administrator)
Access Office Integration (Registration) v.v(.v) (this is AOI Registration)
The version shown in v.v(.v) should be the same for both applications.
If they are different, then uninstall the version of the application that has the incorrect version and then install the correct version.
