Error - 'Access Office Integration requires updated logon details'

If upon opening an AOI Excel workbook, I am getting the following window pop-up:

'Access Office Integration requires updated login details'

Then please ensure that the credentials are not set up as the Hosting Admin account. If AOI is using the Hosting Admin account, you will need to change this to your own Cloud details via AOI Administrator, or you will need to change this to your own Cloud details via AOI Administrator.


This may also be due to your cloud domain password having expired. To validate this, try logging on to your Access cloud account via your Access Hosting Services Applications gateway.

If you get a message saying your password has expired, in the top right of this page, click Reset My Password and set a new password.

You can then enter this new password in the AOI screen that is asking for updated credentials. The new password would also need to be updated within AOI Administrator.
