Some user records are not listed in the user list

It may be that your missing user has a profile code that does not exist within Access financials, if this is the case it will not show.

You can check the profile codes however if the user is not visible, Support will need to run some scripts on the database. Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of any users who are missing from the list.
