Some user records are not listed in the user list

It may be that your missing user has a profile code that does not exist within Access financials, if this is the case it will not show.

You can check the profile codes however if the user is not visible, to resolve this issue - our support team will need to investigate, run scripts or liaise with the hosting or development teams. Any Issues with contacting us, please see the following Get support in Access Financials.
