This error message is due to the fact the column data criteria Value has been set to False or True, rather than a numeric value, e.g. 0 or 1.
To overcome the error message:
In the AOI template, select the first row of the column
Click Edit
Click Next
Change Value from False or True to 0 or 1
Click Update
Click Insert.
