The MSTR profile is a hidden back-end configured profile for the Hosting Admin account which is used for the AOI API and Integration, hence why this cannot be seen on the front-end of Access Financials. This has been resolved in newer versions of AOI and so an upgrade may be the answer. To request an upgrade, contact your Account Manager, or use the new case link below to raise it with support.
As a workaround, you could set the journal to batch to an accessible period, and then change to the required one before posting.
To allow AOI to be used, the permissions would need to be amended by Support for you, and so you will need to contact support and please include the following:
Which Ledgers/Modules would you like the Posting permissions for?
For example, would you like full future period posting permissions?
Or, access to a period before the current working period.
How many number of Periods Ahead would you like to set the permissions for? (Minimum 0, Maximum 23)
Do you require the Future Period Posting to be for Current Year Only?
Do you also require to have Post to Restricted Periods enabled?
