You can delete any emails regardless of their state from the Email Processing window if there are records there that you wish to remove from the screen.
Note: Access to the System module, you need to have the correct security profile permissions. If you cannot see the System module, it means that you have not been granted access.
Delete records from the Email Processing screen
Click System then Email then click Processing.
βNote: All emails that you have sent or are in progress are displayed. You can narrow down you search using advanced filters. You can also search on the columns directly by pointing the mouse to the name of the column and click on the icon and choose from theSelect the checkbox in front of the email or emails you want to retry sending.
Note: The Action Panel automatically opens from the right-hand side of the screen.
Select the Clear Lines action card which will try and resend the emails you have selected.
