AOI version 5.10.18 and above is confirmed to be compatible with Office 365. Latest updates of Office 365, and Office 365 Pro Plus have not been tested to confirm compatibility, however does continue to work without showing any issues.
With any existing AOI Update or INXL templates, these will work on the newer version of Office (if updates have been installed), however sometimes due to changes/differences between versions, they may stop working correctly.
If this occurs following an office update, we advise that the template being used should be recreated to address the issue and benefit from the updated version of Office.
Note: Microsoft Office 365 must be installed using the installation disc/files via the official Microsoft Office Software website to gain the full desktop program version, and not the light "app" version from the AppStore.
The app version from the Windows AppStore is not compatible with AOI.
