One reason the Access tab isn't appearing within Microsoft Excel is that you need to re-enable the Excel option within AOI Administrator.
To do this:
Click AOI Administrator then clear Microsoft Excel <Office Version>.
Select Microsoft Excel <Office Version>.
Click OK then click Microsoft Excel and check if the Access tab is present.
