Access INXL tab not showing in Microsoft Excel

The Access INXL tab is an additional part of Access Office Integration and activates by the licence file and the process below.

  1. Click AOI Registration then select Manage Access Office Integration users.

  2. Click Next.

  3. Select the user who doesn't have the Access INXL tab. If the user is not present,

    • Register the user.

    • Set up a data connection, then start again from step one.

  4. Click InXL Configuration then for the user, select the necessary modules.

  5. If the options are grey, Access INXL is not part of the licence. You either request a new license that includes the InXL module or contact your Account Manager to discuss purchasing it.

  6. Click Save selected user(s) then click OK

  7. Click OK then click Finish.

  8. Click Microsoft Excel and check the Access INXL tab appears.
