To resolve the issue of within the Inxl tab all the options are greyed out, including data connection:
Launch AOI Registration application
Click Manage Access Office Integration Users, Click Next
Click inXL Configuration
If any check boxes are selected, clear them, click Save selected users
On that same window, select the check boxes again and click Save selected users
Click OK
Click Finish (closes AOI Registration application
Launch Excel and the box for Data connection will be re-enabled. Once a data connection is present, all other inXL options will re-activate.
