If when using INXL 'Get Data' from the Record Reporting section, the Nominal Attribute Columns are missing then please see the following:
This can happen if the database connection in AOI Administrator is set up with the Access Financials Connection Type.
We recommend using the **Access Dimensions (Hosted)** connection type for the financials database connections as this is reliable and works more efficiently.
If the existing database connection(s) are set with the Access Financials type:
If open, please close Microsoft Excel.
In AOI Administrator, click Data Connections.
Select and delete the Access Financials connection(s).
Click Insert New.
Select Dimensions (hosted) and set up the data connection.
