User not receiving email notifications

First, check the Junk or Spam folders as sometimes the emails can appear here, depending on the email settings and policy configurations.

If the email expected still does not appear, then please liaise with the IT team to ensure and confirm that the firewall is not blocking any emails from '[email protected]', and are allowed to reach the affected user's mailbox
​Note: This email address may also need to be whitelisted

Following this, if the issue remains Support may need to run some scripts on the database. Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the user and their email address.
