Please check the user who is trying to Edit Transaction Details cannot do so and has all the correct Corrections permissions granted.

If this has been checked, to resolve this issue Support will need to run some scripts on the database. Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include a screenshot of the Edit Transaction Details window.
