If when selecting an existing journal in the Post Journal Batch screen, clicking on Post Batch, the confirmation page appears, pressing Yes, then nothing happens.
Or The confirmation page vanishes. The journal remains in the batch. No errors, pop-ups or warnings appear.
Or when trying to upload a new journal to batch via the Data Upload/Nominal Journal Import screen, you are seeing the following error: 'Some of the lines to be processed do not have the User ID of the user calling this procedure.'
This will need investigating by support. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
