My BACS file has not downloaded and Transaction are no longer available to Export to bacs

This Is likely due to the browser Download settings, Chrome has a feature similar to a popup blocker which stops multiple files downloading which sometimes falsely catches the BACS file. To resolve, you will need to put an exception in place to allow https://go.accessacloud.com to download files. Please see your Browsers help files on how to do this, or speak with your IT people.

With regards to regenerating the BACS file, the easiest method is to unallocate and reverse the payments and then rerun the remittance. To resolve this issue - our support team will need to investigate, run scripts or liaise with the hosting or development teams.
