Why you should look to customise your reports

Making sure your reporting needs are met and are accurate for your business means any reports or data that must be sent outside of your business is professional, consistent and most importantly accurate. This could be ensuring statements or emails being sent include your company logo, a personalised signature, or even your terms and conditions.

Using the AOI tool, you can grab data directly from the database and import it into Excel, opening the opportunities you have to amend or update any data if necessary as well as be able to link to other Excel spreadsheets you may have for comparisons or data linkage.
