There are some default filters already added to some of the enquiries or record lists and you can see this as there will be a number indicator for the Advanced Filter icon .
For example, when you open the Sales Ledger or Purchase Ledger Enquiry, on the Advanced Filter panel, the Batched field defaults to No which means that the enquiry is only showing you posted transactions and no batched transactions.
You can see all your sales transactions and or purchase transactions regardless of whether they are batched or posted by selecting the All option from the drop-down list on the Batched field.
You can access the Advanced Filter panel from all of our enquiries and record lists and for consistency purposes, they all behave the same way.
For more information please refer to how to use the advanced filter panel.
You can access the purchase transaction enquiry in two different ways, directly from the navigator or from a supplier record.
You can also access the sales transaction enquiry in two different ways, directly from the navigator or from a customer record.
