Next Generation - Remove filters and default filters

You can access the sales transaction enquiry in two different ways. The only default filter applied to the transaction enquiry is to show you all posted transactions and not all transactions.

This is done by using the Batched field and the filter sest to be NO which means that if you have transactions batched, these will not show in the enquiry, and only the posted transactions will appear.

You can see all your sales transactions regardless of whether they are batched or posted by selecting the All option from the drop-down list on the Batched field.

Remove the existing filters

  1. To open the Advanced Filter panel, click on the funnel

  2. Scroll down and click Clear Filters.

  3. The enquiry list is refreshed, and you can add in your new search criteria.

  4. To refresh the Enquiry list with your filter, click Apply.

Remove the existing default filter

  1. Click on the funnel at the top right corner.

  2. Scroll down and click on drop-down on the Batched field.

  3. Select All from the three available options.
