Transfer existing templates from one machine to another

To transfer existing templates from one machine to another - on the machine that has the templates:

1) Navigate to the appdata location which is usually C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\AccessAccountingLtd\AccessOfficeIntegration\[Your Version]

2) Copy the 3 files
​AccessAccounts.AccessAnalytics.UserTemplates
AccessAccounts.ExcelTemplates.UserTemplates
AccessAccounts.WordTemplates.Templates
​
3) Go into the AccessDimensions folder in the appdata location and take a copy of the file named
​AccessAccounts.ExcelTemplates.Definitions
​
On the new machine's appdata after they have installed/registered AOI
​
1) Transfer the 4 named files above, into their respective location which should be C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\AccessAccountingLtd\AccessOfficeIntegration\[Your Version]
and C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\AccessAccountingLtd\AccessOfficeIntegration\[Your Version]\AccessDimensions
2) Overwrite the existing files.

The new machines AOI should now show the saved templates in the 'Existing Template' drop down during the creation on the template.
