Lots of transactions are showing on the Bank Rec report as unreconciled

Please check each statement for the transactions that have been reconciled and that are still unreconciled.

Each statement has a section for the reconciled transactions and unreconciled transactions and will tell you how many of each there are.

The report will look at each of these and display the transactions based on this information.

If you need to query the reconciled status of some transactions, Support will need to run some scripts on the database. Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the transactions affected.
