When user is trying to connect to the bank they are getting error message NotAccountOwner

The user that set up the link is the owner and owns that secure link to Plaid. They can delegate other users to have access to use that link and download transactions. Only the link owner can then refresh that link once login is required after 90 days.

Any user should be able to reset the link for the account by using the Bank Rec - Reset Bank Feed Link option in the cash book screen and set up a new one for that account.
