Error - 'Item_Login_Required' when refreshing bank reconciliation

This error is usually caused by the link between the bank feed expiring. To fix, you should just need to do the following:

  1. Navigate to Financials, Cash Book

  2. Open the affected account and navigate to the Bank Details tab

  3. Press the Edit button

  4. There should be the option to validate or reconnect, Then you will need to log in again on this screen
