Resolving Issues with Resetting Bank Feeds
Sometimes, the system may block resetting a bank feed link, especially when using auto bank feeds. This typically occurs if there is an open statement that is not fully reconciled. Here’s how to resolve this issue:
Check the Open Statement for any unmatched or unreconciled lines, including future-dated remittance lines.
Match and reconcile all outstanding lines, or delete any unreconciled feed statement lines that should not be there.
Once all lines are reconciled or deleted, the Open Statement will be marked as fully reconciled.
The system will then allow you to reset the bank feed link and reconnect the feed.
Common Errors and Troubleshooting Tips
Ensure that all statement lines are fully reconciled before attempting to reset the bank feed link.
If future-dated remittance lines are causing issues, either reconcile them or delete them if they are unnecessary.
Always complete the bank login flow when reconnecting a bank feed to avoid further disruptions.
