Projects or Cost Centres not showing in Expense after Synchronise

Updated over 2 months ago

Initially, check that the synchronise process has been run - try redoing it if unsure.
If that is unsuccessful, then try the following in one of the affected projects:

  1. Edit the project record and make a minor change - eg a full stop in the description - then save the change.

  2. Repeat the process for the affected cost centres

  3. Retry the synchronisation process.

If the above process does not work, try the below:

  1. Change the project record Status to Completed

  2. When saving the change, say Yes to the message relating to cost centres.

  3. Synchronise the Projects and Cost Centres to expense

  4. Return to the project and set as Active (saying Yes to the message re Cost Centres)

  5. Re-run the Synchronise process.

If this does not refresh the Expense data, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the data that is not being synchronised over to Access Expense.
