Export does not appear in the downloads folder

This issue occurs with Microsoft Edge blocking any download after the first download from a website. To allow this, you will need to do the following:

  1. In Microsoft Edge, press the Ellipsis button and press Settings

  2. Navigate to Cookies and site permissions, All permissions, Automatic downloads

  3. Check to see if the Ask when a site tries to download files automatically after the first file (recommended) toggle is turned on. If turned off, you will need to accessacloud.com into the allowed sites.
