Posting and Allocating to a closed period following the Period or Year End process

If the period has been 'Soft Closed' then users with appropriate security permissions will be able to post to, or allocate in, it.
Once a period is 'Hard Closed', transactions cannot be posted or allocated to it by any user.

If the period has been closed in error, then you may be able to roll back your instance of Access Financials to a point before the process was run. This will restore all data to that point and so anything posted since will be lost.
