Undo a period or year end?

When a period end is performed in Access Financials, it cannot be undone. If you have closed your ledger in error, then the database would need to be restored back to a period of time before the period end was completed.

To resolve this issue Support will need to liaise with colleagues in the hosting team. Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include the date and time that the database needs to be restored back to.
