In AOI Administrator, the Outlook application option should be enabled, as well as the Use outlook today in the Outlook Today section, with your required panels selected and enabled.
Note: If you have enabled to Show graphs, and you have a large database or a large amount of data that would be returned in attempt to generate the graphs, please know this functionality may run slowly.
To view Outlook Today, follow the below steps:
Open Outlook.
In the left hand column (where the Inbox and other folders are listed) click your email address main drop-down heading.
This should take you to the section where Outlook Today would appear and display.
If you are using multiple display monitors and Outlook Today does not appear, please ensure the following:
Click File, Options
On the General tab, in the User Interface options section, select the Optimize for compatibility option.
Click OK
If this change was made, close Outlook and wait a few seconds. Now re-launch outlook.
