The task function enables you to keep dated notes so that they can act as reminders in the future, or as records for the past.
Tasks
Create a task
Click Financials then click Accounts.
Note: All nominal accounts are displayed for you. You can narrow down you search using advanced filters. You can also search on the columns directly by pointing the mouse to the name of the column and click on the icon and choose from the available filter list, then click OK.
Select the checkbox for a record you want to work with.
Note: The Action Panel automatically opens from the right-hand side of the screen.
Click the Tasks tab then click + New Task.
Complete the relevant fields.
To assign a user to the task, select a user in the assigned user field.
Click Save.
Edit a task
Click Financials then click Accounts.
Note: All nominal accounts are displayed for you. You can narrow down you search using advanced filters. You can also search on the columns directly by pointing the mouse to the name of the column and click on the icon and choose from the available filter list, then click OK.
Select the checkbox for a record you want to work with.
Note: The Action Panel automatically opens from the right-hand side of the screen.
Click the Tasks tab then select the task you wish to edit.
Make the amendments then click Save.
Delete a task
Click Financials then click Accounts.

Select the checkbox for a record you want to work with.

Click the Tasks tab then next to the task you want to delete, select the checkbox.
Click the cog icon then select Delete.
Click Continue.
Notes
You can store extra information against your selected nominal account record which you can record in the notes tab.
Create new note
Click Financials then click Accounts.

Select the checkbox for a record you want to work with.

Click the Notes tab then enter your note.
To add your information, click the calendar icon.
Click Save Notes.
