Error - 'The user with email xx does not have permission to access the xx database'

This error means that the email address you are entering into AOI either doesn't match the email address linked to your Access Evo account or doesn't match the email address linked to your Financials account.

Please contact us and we can check the details in our subscription tool to check that the email matches and if it does then on to the back end in the SQL SYS_User table after.
