The issue can be due to the default analysis records set up in the currency. In the first instance, please check that the Purchase and Nominal defaults found in the Defaults tab of the relevant currency match the one that exists.
Those that do not have a corresponding Nominal or Analysis record will not have a name alongside the code that has been entered. To resolve this issue - our support team will need to investigate, run scripts or liaise with the hosting or development teams.
