Please check that the Project Code does not have a space before or after the code as this will affect the search for the Project Code. In the Sales Transaction Detail screen the Project field will not find the Project if the space is not included. The code can be manually selected by clicking on the magnifying glass and typing in the Project Code.
An option to amend the existing Project Code is not available if the code has already been used, however, it is possible to set the current code to completed and create a new one with the code not being followed or proceeded by a space.
The only other option is to use the Project Code as it is already set up.
