Once the following steps have been done the New VAT Registration Number should pull through to all the reports that currently show the VAT Number as standard.
Navigate to System then click Company.
Open the Details tab and select the Summary section.
In here you should see the VAT Registration Number field.
Press Edit.
Enter new VAT Number and click Save.
