Unable to build new Chart of Accounts as Build button is disabled

Please make sure the user is setup as an administrator with permission to create and edit nominal accounts.

This is commonly caused by the Chart of accounts having been not fully built, if for example your account have Two Layers, then both layers need (second layer would need at least one entry ) to be complete before the Chart can be Built. Look out for Grey Warning Triangles, if need be remove the unfinished entries and then build.
