This issue occurs due to incorrect email addresses on the Addresses tab. Entering the correct email address should resolve the issue. Below the steps how to find the Addresses tab and the incorrect email address.
Click Suppliers.
Click on the relevant supplier.
At the top, click the Addresses tab.
Click on the address you wish to edit
Edit the address in the Email box.
Click Save.
